Time flies, that’s for sure. Well.. well, dusting off spiderwebs from this blog isn’t going to be an easy task perhaps. Apparently this site had tumbled down for the past few months and I feel super bad. I really didn’t have the luxury of time to sit down, make drafts, edit photos and videos for the last quarter of the year as I’ve started a new job. It wasn’t easy to start off but eventually I got the hang of it.Reflecting over the past year. 2017 has had its highs and lows. I’m grateful for the ups, the downs, and the ins and outs. I lost a job but found what I was looking for. I got engaged. I’ve traveled fairly. I seized opportunities and embraced challenges. I waved goodbye to 2017. Ecstatic for what the new year will bring. Cheers to more travel tips and stories, bold reviews, food hunt, fashion posts and more!
Few things are as classic and versatile as denim. As for my favourite grab-and-go outfit which is an all black outfit, wearing denims are also one of my catch. It works for a range of occasion. You may run your denim outfits with heels, flats or even sneakers.
As for this, went on the coast to have a bbq sunset dinner with my colleagues so a slip on sneakers is perf match!
And oh can’t stop taking a bunch of snapshots!
Do you love the idea and the look of a denim dress on the coast?
Classical. Subtle and sleek.
Black-and-white monochrome ensemble is a sartorial look that will never go out of style. One colour scheme; endless possibilities.
Living in a complex world, there’s something reassuring about clean, simple black-and-white, especially when it’s organized into logical stripes, grids, and figure-flattering vertical planes.
Absolutely the look is modern, cool, and assertive. Black/white pairings are one of my favourite. There’s something so utterly timeless about monochrome that I find myself reaching for it whenever I have those “I have nothing to wear”. haha! (It’s even my trick for a simple and easy day wear)And hey! A touch of pastel with your monochrome. Why not? It’s absolutely fab!
Everyone is wearing double denim.
Should you or shouldn’t you double up on your denim?
Take a look! Twice as much denim is twice as good. (:
On this trip, I played with denim on denim. It is totally fab! Trust me. haha
The weather was kinda erratic by that time so I wore a midriff cropped top as an inner for my denim polo
(Incase Mr. Sun is out again after a low rainfall, I’ll be totally ready to feel balmy wearing my slinky inner) yay!
You can never go wrong with faded jeans. Thumbs up! :p
It was in the month of June, (ssshhh… my birth month) when we visited Hong Kong.
These shots were taken at Harbor Grand Kowloon Hotel.
( I have my review about the hotel on a separate post. )
Take a peek of it as you might want to stay there when you visit Hong Kong.
